Led locally by Dr Cecilia Filice, an experienced GP and Family Medicine Specialist with over 15 years of clinical experience, DR.FSTR combines expert medical care with a warm, compassionate approach. Patients benefit from prompt access to advice, ongoing health management, annual health reviews, and seamless referrals to a trusted network of specialist consultants when required.

My Exceptional Life provides personalised therapy and wellbeing support, helping clients find greater calm, confidence, and balance. Led by Jess, a warm, down-to-earth therapist, the service offers a supportive space where clients can talk openly without judgement and receive practical guidance tailored to their individual needs.
Drawing on psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, and hypnotherapy, Jess supports clients with anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, trauma, confidence, self-esteem, sleep difficulties, neurodiversity, and weight management. Her compassionate and realistic approach focuses on providing effective tools and strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
